Little Tots' Manor strives for a successful partnership between parents and staff members, with the well-being of the child as the primary goal. At no time in a child's life is a close relationship between home and school more important than during the early years. It is only by working together as a team that we can provide a happy, nurturing and stimulating environment for the children.

A daily log is written for each infant and a communication board for toddler, preschool and kindergarten which facilitate daily communication between parents and staff members.

Each month, a classroom calendar and newsletter from the teachers is distributed to parents. An oral and written comprehensive assessment and/or report card are completed biannually, along with parent-teacher interviews in January and June.

The monthly newsletter outlines the children's daily activities and notices for any upcoming events. Field trips and other news items related to our daycare are also included in our monthly newsletter. A Quarterly Little Tots' Manor Bulletin is distributed to all parents and staff. This provides parents with up-to-date information and events that their children have participated in.

Parents are encouraged to attend our numerous social events which are celebrated at Little Tots' Manor throughout the year. Annual celebrations, such as, a summer barbeque and a December winter pageant are held for the enjoyment and social interaction between the children, parents and staff members. Parents are also welcome to accompany the children on field trips.
