Adopting a physically active lifestyle early in life increases the likelihood that young children will learn to move skilfully and ensure healthy development. The children have regular outdoor play in the garden. Each child also has the opportunity to use an indoor gymnasium at the local neighbourhood school where they are able to participate in a variety of exercises which promote gross motor development. This program teaches the children many different ball skills and activities. One of the extra-curricular activities that we offer for Junior Preschool, Senior Preschool and Kindergarten classes is a weekly Yoga session.
